Creating an online account

In order to make payments towards your Badcock account, you will need to create an online account. To begin, click “Register” at the top of your screen. On the Register page you will be prompted to fill in some information about yourself. Fields containing a red asterisk “*” are required.

Once you have filled out all the appropriate information, you will need to complete a verification task to let us know that you’re human (an added security measure). If you have filled out all the information correctly, you are finished setting up your online account. Next you will need to verify your Badcock account number!

Verifying your account number

First time users will need to verify their Badcock account number. After registering, you will be prompted to enter your account number along with your zip code and the last 4 digits of your Social security number. (Your account number can be found at the top of your Badcock statement.) Click “Save” once you are finished.

Note: If your account number contains letters you will need to visit our parent company’s site to make a payment. Our division only covers the South Florida stores. Visit our store hours and locations page to see a list of our stores.

Once we’ve confirmed that your information matches up, you will be able to make payments and view your account payment history! If you are getting an error message during the verification process, double check the information you have typed in. Please note: you will need to enter the information of the person listed on the Badcock account. For example, if Mrs. Jones registers online but her husband is the one who is listed on the account, she will need to enter her husband’s zip and SSN to verify.

Making a payment

Now that we’ve got your online account set up, you can make payments towards your Badcock account! Go to the “My Account” page. Here you will find a summary of your finance accounts with us. You can view your payment history for each plan, your current balance, and more. To make a payment, simply click the “Make Payment” button at the top of the page and you will be brought to our payment form.

Why is my payment button disabled?

We want to make things as convenient as possible for our customers. Unfortunately, our “Pay online” feature will be disabled if you are past due on your account. If your payment button has been disabled, you will need to call your local Badcock store to make a payment. Once you’re all caught up, you will be able to pay online. We’re sorry for any trouble this may cause!
