Making Payments

Here at Badcock we offer free layaway, meaning we won’t charge you any service fees or interest while you are making payments towards your merchandise! Our layaway plan runs for 90 days. After the 90 day period there will be no refunds, however, your balance may be used as store credit. Delivery fees and sales tax, if applicable, are included in your layaway payments.

When you put an item on layaway, we ask for a minimum of 10% down after which you can make payments on a schedule that is most convenient for you. There is no limit on the number of payments nor is there a minimum payment amount. Just make sure your merchandise is paid off within the 90 days!

Once your item is paid for, one of our sales associates will then schedule a delivery for your item.

Out of Stock Items

Discontinued or as-is items cannot be put on layaway. We cannot guarantee that the item you placed on layaway will remain in stock during the 90 day period. For items that are marked out-of-stock, you have the option to re-select an item, receive store credit or a refund (as long as it is within the 90 day period). After the 90 day period your only option is to re-select merchandise or receive store credit.

Our sales team will do their best to monitor your item and provide you with updates as you are making payments.

If your item is not available when all Lay-A-Way payments are completed, you may either wait for the product to become available or cancel your order without any cancellation fee and receive a store credit equal to the amount you have applied towards your Lay-A-Way item.
