Here at Badcock we offer free layaway, meaning we won’t charge you any service fees or interest while you are making payments towards your merchandise! Our layaway plan runs for 90 days. After the 90 day period there will be no refunds, however, your balance may be used as store credit. Delivery fees and sales tax, if applicable, are included in your layaway payments.
When you put an item on layaway, we ask for a minimum of 10% down after which you can make payments on a schedule that is most convenient for you. There is no limit on the number of payments nor is there a minimum payment amount. Just make sure your merchandise is paid off within the 90 days! Once your item is paid for, one of our sales associates will then schedule a delivery for your item.
Discontinued or as-is items cannot be put on layaway. We cannot guarantee that the item you placed on layaway will remain in-stock during the 90 day period. For items that are marked out-of-stock, you have the option to re-select an item, receive store credit or a refund (as long as it is within the 90 day period). After the 90 day period, your only option is to re-select merchandise or receive store credit.
Our sales team will do their best to monitor your item and provide you with updates as you are making payments.
If your item is not available when all Lay-A-Way payments are completed, you may either wait for the product to become available or cancel your order without any cancellation fee and receive a store credit equal to the amount you have applied towards your Lay-A-Way item.
Is layaway at Badcock really free?
When we say “free”, we mean it! Our layaway option offers our clients the ability to claim a product without having to worry about paying the full price right away. You can continue payments on your furniture for up to 90 days after your initial 10% down payment. As long as you finish paying by the end of that period, you are welcome to make as many payments as necessary! We do our best to work with each of our clients, understanding that buying furniture can be a large and expensive undertaking for many. Can I return my furniture?
We certainly hope that you are pleased with your purchase. But, in the event that you are not, we will work to make that process easy and seamless for you. When you purchase furniture or any other product from Badcock Home Furniture & More, we work hard to make sure you get what you want as quickly as possible! We understand that you may need help getting your larger purchases home, so we offer a delivery service to ensure that your merchandise gets to your home safely.
If you purchase furniture online, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule delivery. Normally, we deliver online purchases between 3 and 10 business days after purchase.

Can I pick up my items instead of having them delivered?
Yes, you can. However, it’s important to be aware of our pick-up guidelines. We also recommend speaking with someone from our store in order to learn more!
